Lease terms

1. One year lease required. 2. This Property is entirely non-smoking/non-vaping, including all inside and outside areas of the Property. 3. Utilities run between $300+/- for water, sewer, electric, gas and trash. Obviously higher use = higher utility bills. 4. The maximum occupancy is 6 persons. 5. Tenant shall keep the Property reasonably clean and free of debris. Tenant shall ensure there is a walking path to/from all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, electrical panels, furnaces, etc. 6. Tenant shall keep the yard clean. No parking or driving on the lawn is allowed. No trampolines, basketball goals, or swing sets are allowed. All belongings must be kept on patio. 7. The assigned parking is to be used for parking properly licensed and operable motor vehicles, except for trailers, boats, campers, buses or oversized trucks. 8. Tenant shall not let any unapproved pet on the Property at any time. 9. Landlord is responsible for lawnmowing. 10. Tenant is responsible for snow removal and extermination 11. Renters Insurance is required 12. All Rent Payments are made through RentRedi application
