The top floor offers plenty of space with a twin bunk room, a twin-over-full bunk room, a queen bedroom, a full bath, and a large observation deck, ideal for sunset cocktails or morning coffee.
Four rental bikes are included for easy exploring, provided from March to October. Wristbands are required for all guests age 8 and over to access the pool, tram service, or beach access, and will be provided upon check-in at the pool. Parking passes are also required at all times and will be provided upon check-in at the pool. Guests will also enjoy resort-style pool access, walking trails, and private beach access.
This spacious 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath coastal escape is perfectly located between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach in the heart of Seacrest Beach. Enjoy resort-style amenities, nearby dining, and the laid-back charm of 30A living. Walk or bike to local favorites like La Crema Tapas & Chocolate, Cowgirl Kitchen, Amavida Coffee, Edwards Fine Food & Wine, and Pizza by the Sea. Explore Alys Beach's stunning architecture or Rosemary Beach's weekend markets. You can also paddleboard, kayak, or hike through nearby state parks such as Camp Helen, Deer Lake, and Topsail Hill Preserve.
Pets are not permitted. Golf carts and LSVs are not permitted in the Seacrest Beach Community. Beach access is located across 30A at the Sunset entrance, and bikes and cars are not permitted. The complimentary tram runs from March through October.
