CityFHEPs and/or FHEPs offers the homeowner 3 months in advance. $4,000 monthly or voucher amount for 3 bdrm. We will not accept anything less than 3bdrm vouchers. This is a famous family who lives in 3 states. They have business in real estate and film production in NY, GA & LA. They are renting out the legal portions of the home to help prevent hoarding & unauthorized use of 3 particular areas they will occupy to do business in when they are in NY. The 3 areas the rental tenants will not have rights to are the basement, attic & garage. Absolutely no squatting will be tolerated. Credentials will apply as CityFHEPs/FHEPs sees fit.
