Lease Terms This home is offered as a fully furnished, month-to-month rental with the flexibility to accommodate both short- and long-term stays. While the lease renews monthly, tenants are welcome to stay as long as the arrangement continues to meet the needs of both tenant and landlord. To ensure the home remains clean, comfortable, and well-maintained for all occupants, the following policies apply: * No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere inside the home, outside in designated areas only. * No pets are allowed. * Monthly Rent: $2,500, due on the first day of each month. * Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required prior to move-in. * Cleaning Deposit: A $500 refundable cleaning deposit is also required prior to move-in. This deposit will be refunded after move-out, provided the home is left in substantially the same clean, well-maintained condition as it was at the beginning of the tenancy, excluding normal wear and tear. * Tenant is expected to keep the property clean and notify the landlord promptly of any maintenance concerns. * Occupancy is limited to approved tenants only. Subletting or short-term rental of the property is not permitted. * Quiet enjoyment of the property and respect for neighboring properties are expected at all times.
