THIS PROPERTY IS AVAILABLE EARLY JULY 2026! We are looking for a lease to run to at least summer of 2027 and a lease could be a two year lease to run until summer of 2028. We do require a lease. When completing a lease, we collect 1st months rent (pro-rated if moving in mid-month), last months rent, and the equivalent of a month's rent as a refundable security deposit. Tenant's are required to have renter's insurance. Tenant takes electric power, natural gas, and refuse collection bills into their name. City of Sun Valley water/sewer bill remains in landlord's name and tenant reimburses on a regular basis. Tenant is responsible for regular lawn mow/trim and must use landlord's landscaper. Landlord responsible for all other aspects of landscaping maintenance upkeep. Tenant responsible for snow removal at driveway, walkways, and maintaining safe ingress/egress from exterior doorways. Landlord's will consider a pet dog(s), but cannot consider a cat(s). An additional pet deposit may or may not be required if a pet dog is allowed. We provide a very clean property at the outset of a lease and we require a very clean property back at the end of a lease, including having all carpeting and area rugs professionally steam cleaned.
