Welcome to "Whispering Palm", a beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat in Palm Coast! Feel at home in this inviting home that comfortably sleeps 8 guests and is just minutes from the beach and golf course.
The spacious living room is perfect for entertaining and is equipped with a large smart TV. The open kitchen is fully stocked and designed for entertaining, making it easy to prepare meals. Enjoy the screened-in pool for year-round enjoyment and a game room with a pool table. A propane grill is located outside next to the pool.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet. The pool can be heated for an additional $50 per night for stays of 25 nights, or a discounted weekly (7 days) rate of $287 is available, with a multi-week rate of $200 per week. If you plan to bring a trailer or RV, secure off-site parking is available approximately 7-10 miles from the property for $25 per day per unit.
Palm Coast is a vibrant, family-friendly community offering easy access to shopping, dining, and miles of scenic walking and biking trails. Located minutes from uncrowded Atlantic beaches and nestled between Saint Augustine and Daytona Beach, Palm Coast boasts 70 miles of waterways, ideal for fishing, boating, kayaking, and swimming. A car is recommended for getting around, as there is no public transportation.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Do not set the AC below 75F. Lower temperatures can cause the system to freeze and stop working. Keep all doors and windows closed when the AC is running to maintain efficiency and avoid system damage. Do not smoke inside or outside the property. All pets must be approved and added to your reservation prior to arrival. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets at all times. Unapproved pets may result in a fine or cancellation of your stay. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless requested and approved.
