This house is available for a six month lease from approximately Nov. 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027, but is flexible on move in and out dates. All utilities and any other costs associated with the home are included in the monthly cost. No hidden charges. Please no smoking. The HOA allows parking of RV's and camper vans in the neighborhood for three days only. Other arrangements for storage for longer than three days must be arranged. There is a hot tub on site that will not be available for use due to maintenance, safety, and accessibility issues. Street plowing is taken care of by the neighborhood, however the renter will be responsible for clearing the driveway of snow.

Meadow Market is less than a mile away by road or by trail and has a grocery, restaurant, and bakery. They also host live music and delicious food events. Mercy hospital is about a 15 minute drive down quiet country roads. Need something in town? It's a six minute drive or bike ride to town down Florida Rd.
