This house is available for a six month lease from approximately Nov. 1, 2026 - April 30, 2027, but is flexible on move in and out dates. All utilities and any other costs associated with the home are included in the monthly cost. No hidden charges. Please no smoking. The HOA allows parking of RV's and camper vans in the neighborhood for three days only. Other arrangements for storage for longer than three days must be made. There is a hot tub on site that will not be available for use due to maintenance, safety, and accessibility issues. Street plowing is taken care of by the neighborhood, however the renter will be responsible for clearing the driveway of snow.

There is a very large attached two car garage with plenty of storage space for all of your toys and vehicles. With no immediate neighbors next to the home and with several acres of forest behind the home, this house is very private, nestled in the oaks, pines, and aspen. The neighborhood has approximately 15 miles of private trails, one of which can be accessed directly behind the house, and includes over a mile of private river access and fishing rights along the Florida River. Above the home, the Missionary Ridge Trail offers you close access to National Forest Trails. All perfect for hiking, biking, snowshoeing and cross country skiing. Meadow Market is less than a mile away by road or by trail and has a grocery, restaurant, bakery, and unique gift shop. They also host live music and delicious food events. Mercy hospital is about a 15 minute drive down quiet country roads. Purgatory Ski Resort is 35 minute away. Need something in town? It's a six minute drive or bike ride to town down Florida Rd.
