This lovely, clean older cottage has a fenced in private back yard with a patio to relax at..It is close to the main house surrounded by… flowerbeds...The owner (an older couple) lives there.Perfectly located as you can walk 10 minutes to metro north and the downtown..Its near the saw mill parkway and 684 highway..Great for commuting into NYC!..Lovely, quaint towns surround this area as do horse farms, churches schools, shopping..The town maintains the dirt road and snow removal..Also, its a very nice neighborhood...The cottage has some newer updates..It was recently painted so I will not be repainting it..Looking for someone that will enjoy the solitude and care about the place...The kitchen is not an eat in one but you can use the extra room for a dining area or office....2 car parking in the driveway allowed..I work very hard to keep the place nice ..willing to extend the least...Also, a small basement for storage of bikes etc..Asking for last month rent also.. Thank you
