Booking Lead Time: Due to the detailed HOA approval process, we typically require 14 days advance notice for all bookings. Application Process: Guests are required to complete a comprehensive online Mandalay Beach Club HOA lease application. There is a $200.00 application fee due upon booking approval. Occupancy Requirements: The primary renter must be at least 25 years of age and remain a resident throughout the duration of the lease. House Rules 1. We take pride in maintaining a pristine environment for our guests. 2. Smoke-Free Environment: This is a strictly non-smoking unit. Please note that a $250 specialized cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs. 3. Pet-Free Policy: Please check with the host if pets are allowed. 4. Quiet Enjoyment: This home is a sanctuary; parties or large events are not allowed. Check-In & Out Arrival: Welcome home anytime after 3:00 PM. Departure: Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
