Looking for a roommate who is around the same age range and a good personality fit for the current roommates. The current roommates are in their 20s 30s, respectful, and quiet. Stetson University students are welcome! About the home: I am renting one room. The home has two levels. The home has been renovated throughout the years, new bathrooms, kitchen, water heater, roof, and much more. The home is 2,268 sq ft, 4 bedroom 3 bath home with a basement. The upper level does not have access to the basement. One parking spot per room. You will have access to a full kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, dining room and living room. Room: $850 per month and $500 deposit. Private bathroom. No furniture. Additional Info: One person per room, no couples, no pets, no smoking, no drugs, no parties. Month to month. I will do a background check. $50 application fee (non-refundable). What is included: lawn care, propane gas (which the home uses for the water heater and stove), wifi internet and monthly maintenance of the home. Water and electricity are included up $130 for the water and $200 for the electricity. To qualify you need to make 2.5x your income (co-signer for Stetson students accepted), credit score of 600 or higher, no evictions, or negative credit history, background check will be conducted, no criminal history/issues.
