Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, with no exceptions. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed, including bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The garage will not be available for guest use. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be completed as written.
