Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet. Renters are liable for any and all property damage. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Checkout procedures must be completed as written.
