Renter is responsible for all utilities for their unit, including gas and electric. Tenant must establish service with National Grid prior to move-in. Owner pays water, sewer, and trash service for the property. However, tenant is responsible for proper disposal of all garbage and recycling in accordance with local regulations. Any fines, violations, or fees issued by the city due to improper trash disposal attributable to the tenant will be the tenant's responsibility.
