A dedicated coffee station includes a Breville Barista espresso machine, Keurig, drip maker, and kettle. The dining area seats 12, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island. All bedrooms are equipped with premium mattresses and linens, HDTVs, blackout window treatments, closets with hangers, dressers, nightstands with reading lamps, and desks. The bathrooms are spa-inspired, with hotel-quality towels and essentials, including a soaking tub, walk-in shower with a bench, double vanities, and heated floors. The lower-level game room features a real, custom-built gondola cabin hangout nook, a pool table, classic board games, a plush lounge sectional with a smart TV, Sonos speakers, and a kids' play tipi, with direct walkout access to the hot tub.
Parking is complimentary with 2 garage spaces and 4 driveway spaces. Optional upgrades include a private chef and custom catering, mid-stay housekeeping and linen refresh, grocery pre-stocking and delivery, luxury car rentals, and welcome balloon or flower delivery for special occasions. Early check-in (3 PM) or late check-out (11 AM) may be available.
