This is atypical for me to be renting apt at this time of year. I am flexible in regards to lease length and could furnish apartment in mid century modern style minimalist manner. About the building
Ideal East Rock Location; never empty.… Unique former small factory located off the street grid and private; nestled between ideal residential neighborhood AND an charming historic business neighborhood with a lot to offer. Apartment is quiet despite being close to so many things.
Building was originally a cigar factory and then an awning company. In the early 2000s new interior build apartments were built into the large space. It has high ceilings and a light industrial, as well as historical feel to it. four more driveway was turned into a calming bluestone with tile bamboo tree courtyard. Alliance head water fountain creates an audible ambience. This apartment is good for people who seek all-inclusive arrangement, value Garage parking, ideal location, and appreciate nature. It is also good for people who like privacy, while being centrally located. It is not a luxurious or fancy apartment. There is no laundry or dishwasher, but there are a couple of great laundromats around the corner. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Since it's inception it has never been empty and has even had people who lived there reach out years later to see if it might be available again. I am open to pets but play that by ear.
