Preferred minimum credit score is 650, and gross household income should be at least three times the monthly rent. The unit is smoke-free and vaping-free. No pets are permitted. Maximum occupancy is four residents. One assigned parking space is included. There is no visitor parking on the condominium property. Bedford Avenue and surrounding streets have street parking. There is no visitor parking on the condominium property. Proof of renter's insurance is required prior to occupancy. First month's rent and security deposit are due before move-in.
