Located just a 2-minute walk from Dock Square & Kennebunkport's popular restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries, this home is also less than a mile from Gooch's Beach. The beautifully landscaped garden has been featured on various garden club tours. Kennebunkport and Kennebunk are centrally located and easily accessible from Interstate 95, between Portland, ME, and Portsmouth, NH. Amtrak train stations are in Saco and Wells, and Uber is available. Portland's international jetport and Boston Logan are also accessible.
No parties are allowed, strictly enforced with fines. No smoking of any kind is permitted. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. There are only two parking spots available for guests' use. Do not block traffic on McKenny Lane, or you risk being towed at your own expense. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Guests are asked to log out of their streaming accounts on the Smart TVs. The garage will be off-limits to guests.
High-speed internet and Smart TVs are available for your convenience. The living room has two points of access with doors that can be shut for privacy, making it suitable for a work-from-home set-up.
