This apartment is offered with a one-year lease and clear renewal timelines so you can plan ahead with confidence. Rent is due monthly, and most major utilities including water, sewer, electricity, gas, and internet are included. You'll enjoy a private upstairs living space with private entry access, plus shared use of the backyard and common outdoor areas. Pets may be considered with prior approval, and guests are welcome within the guest guidelines outlined in the lease. We ask tenants to help keep the space clean, report maintenance needs promptly, and help with snow and ice removal for the apartment entry areas during winter months. We value respectful communication and provide advance notice before entering except in emergencies.
