Rent Includes: Water, trash, lawn maintenance, snow removal, and propane. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Parking: Is available nearby on-street or in the adjacent parking lot. Pets: Well-behaved cats (indoor only) and small dogs are allowed on a case by case basis for a monthly fee. Please note that there are other pets on site and all pets must be friendly. Smoking is prohibited in cottages and in the yard for the comfort of all tenants. Noise ordinance after 9 pm. Tenant pays the first month's rent and one month's security. Renter's insurance is required. Tenant must purchase screening at application which includes: criminal, employment record, past landlord references, credit, and eviction checks.
