Please note the following lease details before applying:
* SKI LEASE TERM: Available for a fixed 4 month term from January 1, 2027, through April 30, 2027.
* COZY WINTER HEATING: The home is beautifully and efficiently heated by a premium gas fireplace, keeping the main living areas warm and cozy throughout the ski season.
* WINTER ACCESSIBILITY: Because this is an elevated upper level property, all entry and exit require using the exterior stairs from the driveway. For your safety and convenience, the entry stairs are equipped with a continuous snow-melting mat system to prevent ice buildup. The home is not wheelchair accessible.
* UTILITIES & MAINTENANCE: Owner covers all utilities. Professional driveway plowing and snow removal services are fully included, ensuring easy access even after a major Sierra storm.
* SEPARATE LOWER LEVEL: The lower level and garage are completely separate, are not part of the rental, and will remain closed and locked.
