HOUSE RULES 1. Age Requirement This property is intended for residents 55 years of age or older. 2. Rent Rent is due on the agreed-upon date each month. Late payments may result in late fees or termination of occupancy. 3. Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM. 4. Drugs, Alcohol & Smoking No illegal drugs are permitted anywhere on the property. Alcohol is not permitted on the property. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home. 5. Guests No overnight guests are allowed. Visitors must receive management approval and leave by 9:00 PM. 6. Cleanliness Residents agree to: Keep their room clean. Clean shared bathrooms after use. Wash and put away dishes immediately. Clean kitchen surfaces after cooking. Dispose of trash properly. 7. Kitchen Label all food. Do not use food belonging to another resident. Do not leave dirty dishes in the sink. 8. Respect Residents will: Treat everyone with courtesy and respect. Avoid loud music or disruptive behavior. Not threaten, harass, or intimidate other residents. 9. Property Care Residents are responsible for any damage they cause beyond normal wear and tear. 10. Safety Keep doors locked. Do not give keys or entry codes to anyone. No firearms, weapons, explosives, or illegal items are permitted. 11. Parking Only approved vehicles may park on the property. 12. Pets No pets are permitted unless approved in writing by management. 13. Maintenance Report maintenance issues immediately. Do not attempt repairs without permission. 14. Room Inspections Management may inspect rooms with reasonable notice, or immediately in the event of an emergency. 15. Housekeeping Management reserves the right to require additional cleaning if a room or common area is not maintained in a sanitary condition. 16. Immediate Grounds for Termination Occupancy may be terminated immediately for: Illegal drug possession or use Alcohol possession or consumption on the property Violence or threats Theft Property damage Repeated violations of house rules Criminal activity Bringing unauthorized overnight guests into the home
