Lease terms

Renter is responsible for all utilities and deposit to get power and water on. Mowing and trimming around the house out to 1/2 acre will be your responsibility, (if needed we can recommend a company to complete this work for you). All trash must be kept cleaned up and taken to the road weekly. No excessive storage on the property outside. If you have a small dog it is your responsibility to maintain the animal and flea control year round. We complete quarterly inspections with 24 hour notice. We have a portal innago that all payments and maintenance request go thru. Changing the Air filters and flush the drain lines on the Central AC will be your responsibility as well. Renters insurance is required for all adults over 18 in the home.
