New pergo floor, fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, (2 shower stalls, no tub, 1 bathroom has been remodeled 4/29/25. and a bonus sunroom with darkening curtains that has a queens bed, a desk, 2 clothe armoirs, and a sofa/day bed. Large back and front yards that are nicely landscaped and has BBQ island and outdoors furniture. Comfortably accomodate 6 adults. Total of 6 beds: 1 queens bed in masterbedroom 1 twins/twins bunk bed + twins bed in room #2 2 twins bed in room #3 1 queens bed in sunroom which functions as 4th bedroom can park 3 cars in private driveway and more parking on the street. MINIMUM 60- day rent. Small DOG is allowed and ANIMAL cleaning fee is non-refundable and is $250 per stay. NO SMOKING please. NO GARAGE access except for laundry area One time nonrefundable cleaning fee $250 if staying 30 days or less per booking. Fees would be $350 if staying 31 days or more because will have to do deep cleaning when guests checkout. guests are responsible to clean BBQ grill and island by the time of check out and get their own fuel. Mobile BBQ is operational. The stationary bigger grill is out of service. pending repairs. Theres a $100 extra cleaning fee if left BBQ NOT CLEANED after use. Utilities (gas, electricity, and water) is capped at $450 a month if staying less than 6 months. Tenants staying longer than 6 months may need to open their own utility accounts. Renters insurance is mandatory, usually around $20-$40 per month depending on coverage tenant chooses.
