Outside is possible but proper disposal is necessary. Each room has AC, closet space & TV. Kitchen offers full size W/D n ea supplies their soaps. Community respect is expected n cleaning up behind yourself in common areas. Plenty of off street parking so all can come & go conveniently. No addl people will be on lease without written agreement & addl fees. No pets at this time. The cleaning fee at departure starts at $60. The cleaning includes your private bedroom as well as bathroom you have aceds to n light clean up in kitchen/living areas as needed. No trash sounds be left in your room. we have trash bins for those items. Trash needs to be in outside bins by Tuesday as it gets dealt with on Tues for Wed removal. Any questions. don't hesitate to ask. I'm renting to adults, not kids, so expect respectful resolutions when there are concerns.
