Want to live in a quiet country setting on acreage! This cozy home is coming available in June, our awesome renters are moving and we are looking for the perfect family to take over. Plenty of room for the kids to play and quiet evenings on the deck enjoying a drink are a must! Easy commute to Seattle or Bellingham. Grow your own garden, pick blueberries from the mature bushes out front and enjoy a walk in the backyard enjoying the mature trees and quiet solitude of the sought after Arlington Heights! This is a non-smoking home. Pets are allowed with an additional pet deposit. Parking available for two vehicles. The shop on the property is not included in the rental price, and does have a renter who lives in the attached one bedroom apartment. They have their own parking, their own meter for electricity and their own privacy trees. Propane is the only bill split between the two residences. (The tenant is a family friend and will be available for a face to face meet when prospective tenants come to look at the property). Background checks, references and income verification will be required. The renter will be required to cover utilities, propane (heat), electrical and internet for the house. Water (home is on a well) and garbage/recycling services are included at no cost. No livestock allowed. Occupants will be expected to maintain the yard or hire someone to do so. Mowing (riding lawnmower will be needed), weeding, gutter cleaning, picking up yard debris, etc. Damage deposit will be collected and rent will be due by the 5th of each month.
