Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including patio, yard, and garage, incurs a minimum $500 deep-clean fee plus damages if violated. Unapproved pets incur a $250 fee plus any cleaning/damage costs. Check-in is at 6:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early/late check-in/out may be possible with prior approval. No candles, incense, or open flames anywhere, including patios/balconies. A functional workspace is available with a desk for any business travelers. For mid-term stays (28+ nights), utilities (electric, gas, water, internet, basic streaming) are included up to 60 days. Longer stays may have a reasonable usage cap; overages billed at cost.
