Pets are permitted upon prior approval and non-refundable pet fee. Sleeping Accommodations: Primary Bedroom on main level with ensuite bathroom - King Bed and a sleeper sofa, electric fireplace and flat screen smart tv. Bathroom has a sunken tub, shower, dual vanities and walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 upstairs -King Bed, 2 twin sleeper chairs, a daybed, electric fireplace and flat screen smart tv. Bathroom has a shower, single vanity and walk-in closet. Bedroom #3 upstairs - Queen bed and full-size futon. This room shares a bathroom with bedroom#4. Bedroom #4 upstairs - 2 Twin beds, fully functional work desk, task chair, monitor and printer. We offer an extremely high level of service, flexibility, and a ton of amenities not found in most rentals. Reynolds has many amenities including walking and biking trails. Guests are invited to rent pontoons, ski boats, jet skis, kayaks, canoes and fishing boats from nearby Oconee Wild or Young Harris Watersports. Please note, if you are a Reynolds property owner, you will have full access to all Reynolds' community amenities (based on level of membership).
