This is a 2 year lease that renews itself for a like period if notice to vacate is not received in writing ,60 days prior to the end of the Lease. Tenant shall be responsible for all Utilities including late charges. Tenant shall pay Utility charges in the same manner as Rent. Tenant shall obtain Renter's Insurance with an aggregate value of not less than $300,000, naming "That's My House, LLC, as an "interested party". Tenant shall maintain a clean environment free of overnight food waste to discourage house pests. Tenant shall adhere to the non-smoking policy and all restrictions outlined in the by-laws. Lockouts must be reported to Maintenance at the above contact information. A pre-paid service charge will apply. In the event of a key replacement due to lock damage, tenant will bear the cost of all repair and replacement keys to Landlord.
