This property is located in a very peaceful family neighborhood, offering a serene escape between the vibrant heart of downtown Savannah and the pristine sands of Tybee Island beach. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors, as this is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM. NO parties, events or gatherings allowed. Smoking or vaping of ANY KIND is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. Identity verification is required for all guests age 18 years or older. There is 1 security camera in the driveway and 1 video doorbell at the front door. Please do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them. Usage of the hot tub as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. There is a noise monitoring device from Minut which measures decibel levels. Please, do not use the basketball court if you have only rented the main house as someone may be in the carriage house and we would like to avoid any noise issue. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay.
