Early check-in can only be confirmed by the end of the day prior to your scheduled check-in date. The early check-in fee will be requested and processed through the booking platform. Taking fish out of the lake is not allowed, as the home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors, who also stock it with fish. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed, and a $200 fee will be charged for violations. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed for the home. Locals must contact the host prior to booking. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. No refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. The property requires identity verification on all guests age 18 years or older and a completed profile. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. There is one security camera in the driveway and one video doorbell at the front door for security purposes. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them. If the noise monitoring device is tampered with, a notification will be sent. Usage of the hot tub as well as going into the water either by swimming or kayak is at your own risk. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. One set of bath towels and washcloth per person plus a starter pack of laundry pods are provided. A starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap etc.) is provided. If needed, additional items can be purchased by the guests at a nearby supermarket or convenience store.
