Early arrivals and late check-outs are available for an additional fee: $100 for 1-2 hours and $200 for 2-3 hours, though they are not guaranteed due to a tight cleaning schedule and require advance approval. A 3.9% processing fee applies to refunds. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms, with extra cleaning fees for stains. Smoking or vaping on the property is prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations and additional charges for repair or cleaning costs. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay, and additional guests beyond the initial registration require approval and incur a $100 per person charge. Illegal activities will result in immediate eviction. The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance prohibiting noise between 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Friday-Saturday, with a $500 fee for violations. The outdoor lights under the gazebo must be unplugged when not in use to avoid tripping the breaker.
