PICTURES AVAILABLE 3rd week of June. Currently cleaning up the space after my last tenant. Xcel energy, United Power, and Water will need to be in tenants name and paid monthly or whatever due date these companies have set for you. Water includes trash and sewer. Lease term is flexible. Anything less than 12 months would result in higher rent. To start, only a 12 month lease will be allowed, if the relationship is going well then I'd be open to extending the lease when that time comes. I will maintain the front yard during spring and summer which will include weed clean up, sprinkler system, and mowing the yard- a third party company will be hired for this. Overall just take care of the house keep it clean don't burn it down and prevent holes in the walls. If you have pets respectfully ensure they handle their business outside. No smoking in the house of anything, please take that outside. There is an unfinished basement in the home as well. You can park in the garage or on the side of the house. The neighbors in this neighborhood are very inviting and very chill. There is a playground in front of the home and a school a few blocks down the way. It's a corner property and it's a great spot in the neighborhood.
