Thanks. 1 room remaining in a spacious 3-bedroom house near Buckley and Broad/227 intersection in SLO. Close to Marigold Shopping Center, Tolosa Winery, SBP Airport, gas station, and quick access to Pismo. Room is on the smaller side but can fit a queen sized bed. It has ample closet space, a ceiling fan, and two large windows providing plenty of natural light and a very scenic view of the hills. It borders one other room and a shared bathroom. - Plenty of off-street parking - Additional storage space is available but limited. Really best for someone who travels "light" but if you some furniture that's no problem. - All kitchen furnishings are available for you to use but if you have your own that's fine too. - Nicely equipped home gym provided by current tenant. - Washer/Dryer unit on site provided by current tenant. - Private entrance(shared by 1 roommate) - Fenced in yard with great views. - Reasonable security deposit of $1000(required before move-in). - 1st month's rent will be required on 6/1 and the 1st of every month thereafter. - Landlord requires renter's insurance which can be acquired after move-in. - Wi-Fi capable; Up to tenant if they want it. - Cheap utilities! Oly trash(bi-monthly) and gas(monthly) are paid by tenants. Landlord pays the expensive water and electricity bills. This house is very peaceful. It feels like you're living in the country while havong access to everything you need in SLO. Current occupants are two guys in their 30's and 40's. Ideal roommateis male or female - someone mature, stable, and knows how to live with others. We don't have a lot of guests, but you're more than welcome to. We're looking for someone that is preoccupied with their life, courteous, clean, and can get along with others, is on time with bills, etc. If you like casual conversation, are a fitness enthusiast, are a cat lover, like to cook, or just want privacy at the end of a long day - this is the place for you.
