It has ample closet space, a ceiling fan, and two large windows providing plenty of natural light and a very scenic view of the hills. It borders one other room and a shared bathroom. - Plenty of off-street parking - Additional storage space is available but limited. Really best for someone who travels "light" but if you some furniture that's no problem. - All kitchen furnishings are available for you to use but if you have your own that's fine too. - Nicely equipped home gym provided by current tenant. - Washer/Dryer unit on site provided by current tenant. - Private entrance(shared by 1 roommate) - Fenced in yard with great views. - Reasonable security deposit of $1000(required before move-in). - 1st month's rent will be required on 6/1 and the 1st of every month thereafter. - Landlord requires renter's insurance which can be acquired after move-in. - Wi-Fi capable; Up to tenant if they want it. - Cheap utilities!
