We are open to adjusting queen/twin/crib bed situation depending on long term renter's preferences. This is an awesome bungalow in the BEST walkable location in West Wash Park. Walk/run/stroller 4 blocks to Wash Park...1 block to Whole Foods, 2-4 blocks to 4 different coffee shops, and 2 blocks to the LightRail which will take you downtown in 20 minutes. The layout is very functional with the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bed, and second bedroom on the main floor. The basement was renovated to have much higher ceilings and access from the front and back of the house. There's a large gameroom and office, in-law suite, and spacious laundry room. There's a peaceful backyard that's great for grilling out and entertaining. We have an outdoor dining table and more furniture surrounding the gas firepit. The detached garage is large with a lot of cabinet and shelf storage space. Plus you can park a second car outfront - there's always a spot right in front of our house.
