The basement was renovated to have much higher ceilings and access from the front and back of the house. There's a large entertainment/gameroom, in-law suite with an ensuite bathroom, and a spacious laundry room with two large storage closets. There's a peaceful backyard that's great for grilling out and entertaining. The gas firepit is permanent and great for any season. UTILITIES: Tenant pays $150/month for gas, electric, and water. HEATING & COOLING: Central AC and heat plus a whole-house fan which is great for cooler nights/mornings in the summer. INTERNET: Tenant's responsibility. Set up for both cable or fiber. GARAGE & HOME GYM (OPTIONAL): Detached garage has a newer one car garage attached to the original brick garage. The newer garage fits a large car and has plenty of cabinet and shelf storage space.
