Lease terms

1. MINIMUM MONTHLY INCOME: The take home pay must be 2.5 times the amount of rent, or $5,738.00 bring home. Current Rent: $2,295.00 Current Deposit: $1,500.00 Non-Refundable Deposit: $500.00 2. Applicant Screenings are provided by Sound Screening Services. Screening fees are to be made payable to Sound Screening Services via their online portal, all fees are nonrefundable. Maximum of (3) persons per unit, due to septic system. 7. NO ADDITIONAL RESIDENTS WILL BE ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF MANAGEMENT as well as a FULLY COMPLETED Application and any added fees.
