Just across the street from presidents' Circle on U of U campus, near lecture halls, Campus Stadium, and shuttle stations Bus stops just outside the house can take you into the city and to the hospital Very quiet house, looking for responsible applicants, ideally U of U student (just Male applicants accepted) Landlord will likely schedule meeting to discuss with applicants before making a decision.

Mostly students who are very quiet. There's never much congestion for laundry or bathrooms, and their kitchen use is minimal. All of them are male, and their rooms are on the second floor.
