There is both gas and electric heat - gas boiler/forced hot water heat and mini split heat. Mini splits also offer convenient AC! 2 off-street parking spaces/driveway included. Storage space available in the basement which is shared with the second floor. Exterior basement access. Exclusive use of own washer/dryer which is in the basement and included with the apartment. Separate gas boiler and gas water heater from the second floor. Do not apply if you have bad credit ie less than 650. Borderline may be acceptable depending upon situation and other factors. Do not apply if you are worried about a background check bc one will be done. Do not apply if you don't have excellent references and a stellar rental history. I had a bad experience with a renter last round and trying my best to not let it happen again. I'm a single mom and this is part of my income. I do work full time. I'm a good landlord and I maintain the property well. I do my best to provide excellent service and maintenance. Partiality and favoritism will be given to willing parties who commit to helping with shoveling in the winter.
