Pets are welcome as accepted by the HOA. 2 dogs/2 cats allowed. ALL PETS MUST BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED AND UP TO DATE ON VACCINES. Pets are NOT permitted to live outside or be off leash unless secured in back yard or home. Pet waste in the yard must be removed and disposed weekly. Renters are responsible for upkeep of the lawn, basic home care such as lightbulb changes, air filter, water softener, keeping a clean and safe environment, damage that occurs to the property during tenancy, etc. Tenant covers utilities. Tenant will follow HOA guidelines. $3100/monthly rent applies to a one year lease agreement. Deposit due at signing. Pet deposit $500 Application required Please submit online Application for each potential tenant over the age of 18. Also required- 1)A copy of each applicant's driver's license -2)Proof of income for each applicant-2 month Paystubs/W2/1099/bank statements (whichever applicable). Household income must be at least 3X monthly rent. Minimum credit score of 700 required. No Prior Eviction, Landlord Collections, or Criminal Violence/ Theft. Absolutely NO SMOKING. Processing Steps: 1) Submit Apps & Pay Fee 2) Credit & Criminal Check 3) Document Submission 4) Landlord Review 5) Lease Drafting. App process can take 2-4 business days. Renter is required to hold renter's insurance.
