1-6 mo. lease $3250/mo. We do have a guest for the entire month of August, otherwise, beginning 6/22/26 our calendar is wide open. We never lease this turnkey furnished home for less than 28 days and we blocked the calendar until recently as a favor to a guest, who was hoping to extend. An additional sales and use and occupancy tax of 13.5% is added for any stay less than 90 days. Host/ Landlord pays on behalf of the guest, guest pays for it though, just to be clear. Dogs considered. $100 dog deposit is non- refundable. Cats not permitted No smoking inside home Electric, water, sewer, high speed internet service included.
