*Rental Terms This property is exempt from AB1482 because it is a condo owned by an individual. If owner gives 60-day notice to leave the property at the end of the contract, they do not owe you relocation assistance nor will they void the last rent payment due. $1400 Security deposit due at signing 1 Year Contract Rent: $1,400 Utilities: ~$125/Month (~$200 in fall & winter months and ~$50 in spring & summer months) Must give 30-day notice before end of contract if renewing contract or not. Rent due before 1st of the month Landlord will give 2-day notice to tenant before evicting if rent is not paid on time. You are responsible for payment for repairs of damage caused by you. If you burn down the condo, you are responsible for covering the entirety of the damages. If you cause smoke and/or mold damage you are responsible for fixing the damage and covering the entire cost or your lease is broken. Stealing or removal of furniture not allowed. Maximum 21 total days of overnight visitor stay every 6 months or your lease is broken. No pets No smoking Breaking lease costs you 2 months of rent and security deposit is kept.
