A private hot tub is available for guests. The property features a heated garage with an EV charger (Tesla compatible) and additional driveway parking. An accessibility ramp from the garage to the main level is provided. For families, a high chair or Pack 'n Play is available upon request. Winter activities include world-class skiing and snowboarding at Loon Mountain, snowshoeing, and ice skating. Summer and fall offer hiking to Franconia Falls, exploring the Flume Gorge, kayaking, and mountain biking. Family attractions like Clark's Trading Post and Whale's Tale Waterpark are nearby, as are various dining and drinking options in Lincoln and Woodstock.
Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $250 fee per dog, with a maximum of 2 well-behaved, house-trained dogs allowed with prior approval. Pets must not be left unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the property; evidence of indoor smoking may result in fees and/or immediate eviction. No parties, weddings, or external gatherings are permitted; violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended from November through April due to mountain road conditions. Check-in is seamless via smart lock with a custom personal access code.
