Gather around the granite island that seats 6 or the custom dining table that seats 12. Entertainment options include a Smart TV, Sonos speakers, a Mrs. Pac-Man arcade, and a PS5 gaming system. For wellness, utilize the Peloton bike, Peloton treadmill, strength-training machine, and free weights.
A private hot tub is available for use. The property features a heated garage with an EV charger (Tesla compatible) and additional driveway parking. A high-capacity washer and dryer are provided for guest use. For families, a high chair or Pack 'n Play is available upon request. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. This is a non-smoking property, and evidence of indoor smoking may result in fees or immediate eviction. No parties, weddings, or external gatherings are permitted, and violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. A personal vehicle is strongly recommended for exploring the area. 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended from November through April due to mountain road conditions.
