This mountain-modern chalet boasts soaring cathedral ceilings, rustic stone accents, and expansive windows framing the forest canopy. The massive wraparound deck features lounge seating and a private 8-person hot tub. The chef's kitchen is built for groups, featuring high-end appliances, a dedicated wine cooler, and a full coffee station with Nespresso, Keurig, and drip options. The granite island seats 6, and the custom dining table seats 12. Entertainment includes a Smart TV, Sonos speakers, a Mrs. Pac-Man arcade, and a PS5 gaming system. A board game library, plush lounge sectional, and a custom indoor playhouse for children are also available.
A private hot tub is available for guests. The chalet features a heated garage with an EV charger (Tesla compatible) and additional driveway parking. An accessibility ramp connects the garage to the main level. For families, a high chair or Pack 'n Play is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable $250 fee per dog, and they must not be left unattended or permitted on furniture or beds.
The Basecamp Lodge is situated diagonally across the street from the South Peak quad chairlift, making it the closest private home to the base of Loon Mountain in Lincoln, NH. Pet-friendly trails surround the property. Winter activities include world-class skiing and snowboarding at Loon Mountain, snowshoeing, and ice skating. Summer and fall offer hiking to Franconia Falls, exploring the Flume Gorge, kayaking on the Pemigewasset River, and mountain biking. Nearby family attractions include Clark's Trading Post, Whale's Tale Waterpark, and Story Land. Dining options include Seven Birches Winery, craft breweries, and cozy cafes in Lincoln and Woodstock.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, and evidence of indoor smoking may result in fees and/or immediate eviction. No parties, weddings, or external gatherings are allowed, and violations may result in immediate eviction without refund. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended from November through April due to mountain road conditions. The property is equipped with a Ring doorbell and exterior-only cameras at entry points. Early check-in (3 PM) or late check-out (11 AM) may be available free of charge when scheduling permits.
