See below This might be the cutest most charming one-bedroom apartment that we manage. It reminds of Mimi's garret in La Boheme except it's a lot nicer! The apartment is located on the third floor of a Victorian mansion on the corner of Church Street and Arnold Place just a few minutes walk from downtown North Adams, the public library and MCLA. This apartment occupies half of the third floor and even has the building's tower as part of the space making a fabulous reading/hang out nook! The unit has beautiful hardwood floors and great westerly views towards Mount Greylock. Some of the pictures were provided by a former tenant who had it beautifully furnished. The apartment comes unfurnished awaiting your own stylistic touches! The apartment has a functional kitchen with a super cool retro gas range, a pantry closet and a modern refrigerator. There are unfortunately no washer and dryer hook ups for this apartment, but there are plenty of full service and self-serve laundry stores nearby. There is a nice bedroom, a good-sized living room and the aforementioned tower room which might make a great home office space. The bathroom is spacious and features a claw foot tub. The building has great tenants, is peaceful and drama free. That is the way it must stay. There is plenty of parking for one vehicle in the large lot on Arnold Place. The building and premises are entirely non-smoking. The heat is provided by a natural gas wall heater. The gas bill for cooking, heat and hot water runs around $850-950 per annum. Belvedere Realty is a full-time professional property management company with professional full time maintenance staff.
