Lease terms

6-month lease minimum. Security deposit equal to one month's rent. All occupants age 18+ are subject to application, credit, background, income, and rental history screening. Preferred credit score of 650+ and gross household income of approximately 3x the monthly rent. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn maintenance, basic landscaping upkeep, HVAC air filter replacement, light bulbs, and general cleanliness of the property. Parking is permitted in the driveway only unless otherwise approved. No commercial vehicles, inoperable vehicles, trailers, boats, or RVs may be stored on the property without prior written approval. Up to two pets may be considered with owner approval. A $350 non-refundable pet fee per pet and $40/month pet rent per pet apply. Breed, size, age, and temperament restrictions may apply. Unauthorized pets are prohibited. Renters insurance is required prior to move-in and must be maintained throughout the lease term. Professionally managed by Dwell Property Management. Additional lease terms, maintenance responsibilities, qualification criteria, pet policies, and community/property rules will be provided during the application and lease process.
