Renters are expected to maintain grounds to the standard that they were when they originally moved in. Outbuildings are for STORAGE ONLY. Not allowed to be used for animals or for sleeping/living areas. Limited landscaping provided by landlord includes maintaining irrigation system, application of lawn & plant fertilizer as well as herbicide application to control weeds.
