This spacious townhome features a fully equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, glassware, wine glasses, silverware, a coffee pot, Keurig, and toaster, perfect for preparing meals or using the BBQ. The home offers plenty of room to relax, with all three bedrooms located on the second floor. The master bedroom boasts a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom features a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a full bed. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway. The highlight of the home is the private rooftop deck, complete with a hot tub, comfortable outdoor seating, a cafe table, a flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge, offering a fantastic spot for both relaxation and entertainment. Baby gear rental is available for an additional fee, including a high chair, pack-n-play, sheets, blankets, toys, and books. This service includes delivery and set-up. Located in the highly sought-after North Pacific Beach neighborhood, you'll be just a short, four-block walk to the beach and a short stroll from the area's best family-friendly restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. The neighborhood is a popular surfing spot, and you're within walking distance to Tourmaline Beach. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas. Any clogged toilets will incur a charge. Street parking may be difficult on street sweeping days, weekends, and during holiday weekends. Trash day is on Mondays, and bins marked "1079" should be placed in the alley on Sunday night. The blue bin is picked up every other Monday. Surf City Pools cleans the hot tub and checks chemicals every Thursday around noon and will knock before entering the property. The rooftop TV is covered with a tarp to protect it against salty air; keep the cover secured when not in use. The BBQ on the front patio is propane and an extra tank should be available. Please do not put large amounts of food, grease, or anything else down the sink to avoid plumbing issues; use the trash instead. You will be charged for any sink backups caused by you. The gas for the rooftop propane fire pit must be turned out (to the left), and the red ignitor button and knob should be pressed simultaneously. Keep face away from flames when operating. The propane tank is in the brown side table located next to the couch. To turn gas off when not in use, turn the gas tank valve to the right.
