Lease terms

Preferred 12 month lease duration. Longer term will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Pets are welcome! We do not have strict breed, size, or species restrictions, and we welcome tenants with multiple pets. All pets living in the home will be disclosed and agreed upon at the time of the lease. We do require a one-time refundable $500 pet deposit. No pet rent is required. The tenant is responsible for all utilities including electricity, natural gas, water, sewer, trash/recycling, internet. The tenant is encouraged to maintain renter's insurance for personal property and liability coverage in amounts selected by Tenant. Landlord's insurance does not insure tenant's personal property. The tenant is responsible for routine yard maintenance and exterior upkeep, including mowing, watering as needed, weeding, leaf removal, and keeping the yard reasonably neat, as well as timely snow and ice removal from walkways and driveways. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the premises, including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping products, marijuana, and any similar smoking or vapor products.
