Occupancy: Maximum occupancy of 2 persons. Pet Policy: Dogs and cats are welcome (maximum of 2 pets)! Pet Rent: $35/month. Pet Deposit: $300 additional refundable deposit. Smoking Policy: Strictly NO smoking permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed outside. Parking: Off-street parking is available on-property for 1 car. Additional free public parking is available within 100 yards of the property. Mail & Package Delivery: Policy: Standard USPS letter mail cannot be received directly at the property. However, delivery carriers can accept packages directly at the address. Tenants wanting to recieve USPS letter mail will need to open a personal P.O. Box for standard mail at the United States Postal Service in Cascade, located 3.5 miles away (a 5-minute drive). Building Access & Layout: Because this is a beautifully preserved historic building, it does not feature an elevator. Residents should be comfortable navigating two sets of stairs (7 steps each) to access the upper level. Tour Availability: We accommodate both In-Person tours and live Virtual Tours via Google Meet. Need more storage? We can easily upgrade you to an apartment-sized top-freezer refrigerator for an additional $40/month (minimum 6-month lease required). Unbeatable Winter Access & Great Location One of the absolute best advantages of our location is that the property sits directly on the main road running through town and up to the highway. Because it serves as the primary route for local emergency services, this road is among the very first to be consistently plowed after a snowstorm. Furthermore, once the snowstorm has passed, we actively plow the property's driveway and salt the walkways. If you want the beauty of mountain living without the stress of getting stuck in the snow, this is the perfect spot.
