Private Queen Studios to Rent (Pets are welcome!). The rent includes all Utilities, WiFi, Trash Services, Streaming Services and is Fully Furnished (including kitchen utensils). The studios can have either a Queen bed or a Twin bed set up for more room. You have the freedom to choose how your studio is set up if you would like certain pieces of furniture to be removed, we are able to do that. If you feel something is missing, just let us know and we can see how to accommodate you. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette that includes (Inductive hot plates with 2 spots, a convection oven/microwave combi that can reach temperatures of 400F, and a mini fridge allowing you to take care of all your cooking needs). If you would like a full-sized fridge with a freezer, this can also be arranged for an additional $25 a month (must at the minimum have a 6-month lease). You can move in starting on the 18th of August, and the rental agreements go until the 20th of May 2026. If you want shorter, this is also possible, just let us know what you are looking for, we also offer weekly rates! So welcome to the Green Mountain Falls Lodge, our Lodge is over 110 year's old. We took over the Lodge back in 2015 and have done a lot of renovations to give all the modern amenities and comforts, while at the same time keeping the age-old charm the Lodge has been bringing for years. The Lodge has a total of 9 studios on 2 levels. Green Mountain Falls, a small town in between Woodland Park and Colorado Springs. It is still up the mountain and less than a 10-minute drive to Woodland Park, depending on traffic (7 mi.). There is a Walmart (3.5 mi.) away, only a 5-minute drive away. One of the great things about our location is the studio is located on the main road through the town and up to the highway. This means that our road to the highway is one of the first to be plowed consistently after a snowstorm, it is also the main road for emergency services into the area. Ideal if you don't want to be stuck in the snow. If you are looking for a place to stay up the mountain and next to Woodland Park, this is the studio for you.
