- Property currently is home to 5 geldings, 4 indoor/outdoor cats, and 1 small dog (must love animals!)
- Self care for 1 horse included, additional horses possible (let's talk), option for full care available for $400/month per horse
- Dogs/cats on a per case basis
- Utilities (electric/gas/internet) is additional and will be split 50/50
