Lease terms

This unit is offered with a 12-month lease, with longer-term tenants preferred. Monthly rent is $3,000 with a limited-time move-in special of $500 off the first month's rent for qualified tenants who move in by 5/31/26. At lease signing, first month's rent, last month's rent equal to one month's rent are required. Applicants must have verifiable income of the monthly rent, along with a satisfactory credit and background check and positive rental history; all occupants over 18 must apply. Tenants are responsible for gas, electricity, and internet/cable, and water/sewer is included. No smoking is permitted inside the unit. Pets are allowed and considered on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with Massachusetts law. Tenants are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and minor upkeep, while the landlord handles major repairs and building systems; all maintenance issues must be reported promptly. During winter months, tenants are required to maintain adequate heat. Unit is available on 5/1/26, and move-in is subject to a completed application and signed lease. All terms are in compliance with Massachusetts landlord-tenant laws.
