About the building

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home. It has been recently painted inside and out, including ceilings.… Appliances were new about a year ago, as well as flooring, doors, remodeled main bathroom with granite, new tub, luxurious tile, new faucet. As of about a year and a half ago, the kitchen cabinets, countertop, light fixtures, and ceiling fans were all new. The roof is only a couple of years old and several new windows have recently been installed, as well as faux wood mini blinds in each. It is a nice quiet neighborhood with convenient access to US 19 and Little Road. We have added a remote garage door equipped with an opener. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and a door leading to the back porch. The back yard is fenced in. This bedroom is located on the right side of the house. The two additional bedrooms are on the left side of the house and share a large bathroom with a beautiful granite vanity. Each bedroom and the family room have ceiling fans which add to the comfort of the air conditioning. Off of the kitchen is a door to the garage where there is a washer/dryer hook up. Term for a lease is a minimum of one year with a one year renewal option. Renters must have no felonies and no previous Evictions.
